A man was arrested carrying £800 of suspected crack cocaine and heroin.
The 21-year-old was arrested in Abingdon town centre on Wednesday on suspicion of possession and intent to supply the 17 wraps, which have been sent away by police for forensic tests.
The man, from Islington, north London, has been released on police bail until March 17.
