Robbie Stephens, 18, of Merlin Road, Oxford, admitted using words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on January 1 in Oxford. Jailed for a total of 103 days due to committing an offence during the period of a term of imprisonment of 24 weeks imposed on September 28, 2009. An indefinite restraining order was also put in place.

James Moffat, 18, of Stanley Close, Oxford, admitted using words or behaviour to cause someone to fear unlawful violence on December 5 in Oxford. Fined £100 and told to pay costs of £85 and a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Ejaz Ahmed, 55, of Marlborough Close, Littlemore, convicted of driving without insurance and plying for hire without a Hackney Carriage licence in Cowley Road on February 28. Fined £1,500, costs of £500 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Lee Davis, 26, of Cherry Tree Court, Oxford, admitted two charges of common assault on November 7 in Botley and criminal damage totalling £92 to a detention cell at Abingdon police station on the same day. Given a 12-month supervision order and 80 hours’ unpaid work. Told to pay £85 costs and £92 compensation.

James Welsh, 21, of Downside Road, Headington, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty on November 28 in Oxford. Given an eight-week electronically-monitored curfew and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

Patrick Ndungu, 25, of Poulton Place, Oxford, admitted drink-driving, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and obstructing a constable in Iffley Road, Oxford, on October 30. Namely having 111 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Five months in prison suspended for two years due to previous drink-related driving offences and giving a false name to police when arrested. Also given a 24-month supervision order. Banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for five years and told to pay £85 costs.

Karl Andrews, 30, of Bradstocks Way, Sutton Courtenay, convicted of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving in Oxford Road, Abingdon, on September 3. Fined £150, costs of £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given three penalty points on his driving licence.

Benjamin Boseley, 34, of Western Avenue, Didcot, admitted using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving in Foxhall Road, Didcot, on August 25. Fined £100, costs of £65 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given three penalty points.

Amy East, 32, of Whitehall Close, Minster Lovell, admitted using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving in Marsh Lane, Oxford, on August 26. Fined £90, costs of £65 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given three penalty points.

Martin Gibson, 39, of Willow Road, Thame, admitted driving without insurance in London Road, Headington, on September 2. Fined £620, costs of £65 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given six penalty points.

Ian Hastings, 43, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, convicted of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving in The Slade, Oxford, on August 28. Fined £150, costs of £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given three penalty points.

Edward Innes, 47, of High Street, Woodstock, convicted of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving in Barns Road, Cowley, on September 2. Fined £150, costs of £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given three penalty points.

Zakria Iqbal, 30, of Delbush Avenue, Oxford, admitted driving without due care and attention on August 23 in Wheatley when he pulled across traffic into the path of a motorcyclist who swerved and hit the rear of his car. Fined £80, a victims’ surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. Also given five penalty points.

Wayne John, 42, of Sparrow Way, Oxford, convicted of speeding in Headley Way, Oxford, on August 24. Namely doing 43mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £300, costs of £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given four penalty points.

Suresh Lal, 28, of Frederick Road, Oxford, admitted using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving in Cowley Road, Oxford, on August 28. Fined £85, a victims’ surcharge of £15 and costs of £65. Also given three penalty points.
