A joint operation between Thames Valley Police and the Metropolitan Police Service has led to four people being charged with distraction burglaries.
Michael Henge, 37, of Bicester, Patrick Nolan, 46, of Hampton, Middlesex, Bridget Todd, 34, of Uxbridge and a 12 year-old boy of Uxbridge have all been charged by Thames Valley Police with 21 counts of conspiracy to burgle between October 23 and December 17, in connection with offences that occurred across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
They were arrested in Aylesbury on December 16.
Henge, Todd and the 12-year-old boy have also been charged with 11 offences of burglary and conspiracy to burgle, between October 27 and December 10, by the Metropolitan Police Service.
They have all been remanded in custody to appear at Reading Crown Court on January 4.
Police said all charges related to distraction burglaries against elderly people.
