OXFORD Sean Enevoldsen, 24, of Canal Way, East Challow, admitted assaulting Gemma Enevoldsen by beating in Faringdon on August 28 and two counts of criminal damage to a door and a pane of glass in Faringdon on September 2 and September 6. Given an 18-month community order and told to pay costs of £40 and compensation totalling £291.22.

Simon Coyle, 40, of Fairfax Avenue, Marston, admitted theft by an employee after stealing £930 belonging to the St Aldate’s Tavern in Oxford on October 4. Given 200 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay compensation of £930 and costs of £85.

Liaqat Hussain, 31, of Cricket Road, Oxford, found guilty of assaulting Nicola Dinsey and Rachael Stallwood by beating in Oxford on March 26. Ordered to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work for each offence and pay compensation totalling £100 and costs of £455.

Aimee Harris, 22, of Bluebell Court, Oxford, admitted racially aggravated harassment in Oxford on October 28 and two counts of committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was also re-sentenced for three original offences of drunk and disorderly, criminal damage and using threatening, abusive or insulting words. She was fined £60 and made to pay compensation of £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Phillip Grant-Champion, 57, of Southfield Road, Oxford, found guilty of shoplifting a bottle of wine valued at £4 from Iceland in Oxford on June 3. He also admitted failing to surrender to court bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 3. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £75 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

John Pether, 37, of Field Avenue, Blackbird Leys, admitted shoplifting food valued at £12.60 from the Co-op in Kennington on October 13 and committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence. Jailed for 12 weeks.

Shofik Townsend, 33, of Astwell Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour in Oxford on May 28 and failing to surrender to court bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 3. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £80 compensation and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Stephen Phillips, 33, of Van-Diemans Lane, Oxford, admitted burglary other than a dwelling with intent to steal at Esporta Health Centre in Oxford on October 10. Given a six-month community order and ordered to pay costs of £85.

James McMahon, 32, of Park End Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, and drunk and disorderly in Speedwell Street, Oxford, on October 28. Fined a total of £185, costs of £85 and a victims’ surcharge of £15.

Howard Russell, 55, of Langley Road, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Shelley Close on November 6, and being drunk and incapable in Oxford’s High Street on November 7. Ordered to pay £200 compensation, fined £50, £170 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Christopher Way, 28, of Raymund Road, Marston, admitted shoplifting three bottles of Jack Daniel’s whisky valued at £82.25 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on October 10. Also re-sentenced for nine original offences for which community orders were made. Jailed for six weeks.

Jonas Kondratavicius, 45, of Crotch Crescent, Marston, admitted burglary other than a dwelling at Fast Track 100 Ltd in Angel Court, Oxford, in which he stole electrical items, alcohol and cash on November 8. Fined £150 and costs of £15.

DIDCOT Katharine Wagstaffe, 24, of Paradise Square, Oxford, admitted careless driving after driving her Rover 400 into three parked cars, driving without insurance and driving without a full licence in St Thomas Street, Oxford, on June 2. She was fined £250 and made to pay compensation totalling £400, costs of £65 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. She was also disqualified from driving for two months.
