Crowmarsh Youth FC 2 v 8 Didcot Town Youth A Match 1, Didcot Town Youth A 4 Crowmarsh Youth 0 (scorers: Jack Swindells, Ashley Stevens, Jack O’Donovan, Harvey Priddy) Didcot scored three goals before half time including a spectacular looping shot. Crowmarsh also created chances but were unable to convert them.
The second half was more even, with both goalkeepers making good saves, and Didcot scored the only goal from a rebound.
Match 2, Didcot Town Youth A 4 Crowmarsh Youth 2.
(scorers: Didcot – Charlie Slade 2, Joe Winterbourne 2; Crowmarsh – James Wilcox, Ben Turner) Two first half goals from Didcot were well taken. Crowmarsh had a series of attacks, but stuggled for a good final touch.
There were chances at both ends in the second half, with two more goals by Didcot cancelled out by two consolation goals for Crowmarsh towards the end of the game.
