Drivers are facing delays on the A40 outside Oxford this morning following a crash between a bicycle and a motorbike.
The accident happened shortly after 6.30am at the Eynsham roundabout.
David Staines, a spokesman for Thames Valley Police, said the male motorcyclist, who is in his sixties, and the female cyclist, have been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for treatment.
He added that their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
The roundabout has now been reopened but there are still tailbacks in the area.
There is also queuing traffic on the southbound carriageway of the M40 between junction 12 at Gaydon and junction 11 at Banbury, after a lorry shed its load at 6.15am.
Mr Staines said the lorry driver suffered minor injuries in the crash.
