A MAN accused of brandishing two knives during a fracas in an Oxford pub has been remanded in custody.
Ervis Kola, 21, of Lytton Road, Cowley, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with affray, possession of a bladed article, three counts of assault and a public order offence.
He was arrested after an incident at The Jolly Post Boys, in Florence Park Road, Cowley, at about 11pm on Saturday.
A 40-year-old man and 28-year-old woman suffered minor injuries in the incident.
Kola was remanded in custody to reappear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 23.
