IT was interesting to see how much Oxford City Council has learned from its adversaries on the county council, if its consultation on public toilet provision is to be believed.
It all seems very reminiscent of the consultation carried out by the county on controlled parking zones in North Oxford. Although the city still has a long way to go.
In that case the council delivered questionnaires to every home – and still ignored them.
