YET another licensed venue in Oxford has bitten the dust this week, further reducing the options for nights out in the city.
Some residents will welcome Bar Risa and Jongleurs’s demise.
While there are now a number of empty ‘units’ available to anyone looking to open a bar, restaurant or nightclub, with established national chains like Carluccio’s, Ha! Ha! and Old Orleans already gone, who will take the risk of filling one?
