Ordered to carry out 150 hours community order within 12 months and to pay £30 costs.

Howard Russell, 55, of Langley Road, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Bridge Street, Abingdon, on July 26. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 costs.

Steven Williams, 33, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis on June 15. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 costs.

Jason Glover, 29, of Brampton Road, Headington, admitted stealing six bottles of wine worth £56.44 from Marks & Spencer on July 15. Also admitted stealing items to the value of £86 from Body Shop on July 22. Jailed for a total of 16 weeks.

Nerijus Mikuta, 34, of Long Close, Headington, Oxford, admitted driving while over the legal alcohol limit (96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath) in Headington on July 17. Ordered to carry out 140 hours community service within 12 months, disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay £50 costs.

Sipan Keskin, 22, of Broadway, Didcot, admitted possessing cannabis on July 17. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £60 costs.

Raymond Wells, 48, of East Avenue, Oxford, admitted stealing a jacket worth £99.99 from Blacks Outdoor shop on April 15. To remain under curfew at home address for 14 weeks for specified hours.

Amir Muhammad, 30, of Lenthall Road, Oxford, found guilty of using a mobile phone while driving on Oxford Ring Road on Christmas Day last year. Fined £90, three penalty points placed on licence and ordered to pay £90 costs.

Mustafa Madi, 22, of John Garne Way, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on July 18. Given a 24-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £60 costs.

Jan Ostle, 22, of Southmoor Road, Oxford, admitted driving while over the legal alcohol limit (51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath) on the A40 Marston slip road, Oxford, on June 28. Fined £275, disqualified from driving for 12 months with the option of a three-month reduction for attending an approved course, and ordered to pay £75 costs.

Ricky Hart, 21, of Townsend Square, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on July 18. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £30 costs.

John Hawkins, 39, of Slade Close, Headington, Oxford, admitted stealing food worth £20.12 from Asda, in Wheatley, on July 15. Given 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20.12 compensation.

Christopher Booth, 30, of New Street, Abingdon, admitted committing common assault in Abingdon on April 7. John Fenn, 28, of Merritt Road, Didcot, admitted stealing an LCD digital television worth £149.99 from Sainsbury’s supermarket on June 17. Ordered to attend drug dependency treatment and to pay £60 costs. Also admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Didcot on June 25. Given 12-month conditional discharge.

John Wilder, 44, of Banbury Court, Vineyard, Abingdon, admitted stealing food worth £18.21 from Tesco in Marcham on July 14. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 costs Christopher Candy, 70, of Volunteer Road, Faringdon, admitted driving while over the legal alcohol limit (101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath), in Volunteer Way on June 21.
