St Edmunds took the lead through Ryan Baldwin on 27 minutes, when he latched onto a great through ball from Elliott Jones-Locke.
Henley hit back soon after the break, Conor Foley taking his chance very well.
Despite plenty of chances neither team could break the deadlock and so the points were shared.
