Police are appealing for witnesses after an attempted burglary at a property in Portway, Wantage.
At some point between July 21 and July 22, thieves have attempted to break into a house by trying to lever open a rear window.
Det Con Chris Leech said: “This house is next to Letcombe footpath which is often well used by people as a cut through and to walk their dogs.
“I hope that there might be someone who has seen some suspicious activity and I urge anyone with any information, to get in touch.”
