PLANS for blocks of flats housing 374 study bedrooms for Oxford students at the former Slade Park Territorial Army barracks, in Mascall Avenue, have been given the go-ahead.
Developer Berkeley Homes already had consent for accommodation for 353 students on the Headington site, but an application for the additional 21 rooms was approved by the city council’s strategic development control committee yesterday.
