THAT three separate gangs could be responsible for a series of attacks in Oxford over the past month is as worrying as it is frightening.
There have been 18 incidents since July 6 — with eight on foreign visitors to the city.
In the latest mugging, a 14-year-old boy from Taiwan was threatened with an iron rods in Rose Hill by a gang of yobs.
He was pushed to the floor while one of his moronic mates ransacked his pockets, stealing cash and a mobile phone.
What a despicable advert for our city.
