People living in West Oxfordshire will get the chance to meet their local neighbourhood police team at a series of drop-in surgeries tomorrow.

Police Community Support Officer Tina Townshend said: “We would like people to take this chance to come out and chat with us and let us know what issues that are worried about and any concerns they might have.

“An important part of the events is getting the chance to meet members of the community and I hope that as many people come along as possible.”

The team are holding five meetings across their neighbourhoods on Saturday, at the following times and locations:

  • Freeland Village Hall from 9.30am to 10.30am
  • Long Hanborough bus stop by Wasties Orchard from 10.40am to 11.40am
  • Combe village green from 11.50am to 12.50pm
  • Stonesfield by Amlus Stores from 1pm to 2pm
  • Glympton village hall from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
