ALSO receiving Oxford Mail bouquets today is Fabia Cerra, who has made the semi-finals of ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent.
Her burlesque routine might not be to everyone’s taste but Fabia has made her mark and made the final 40. It is refreshing that she is proud yet recognises making the final may be beyond her. It would be churlish for the city not to wish her all the best for Thursday’s semi-final.
