Hayley Hawkins, 33, of Bath Street, Abingdon, convicted of speeding in Oxford Road, Abingdon, on September 23 last year at 35mph in a 30mph zone. Proved in absence. Fined £175 and ordered to pay £80 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

OXFORD: Ellis Cooke, 31, of The Glebe, Cumnor, convicted of stealing five boxes of Nike sports clothing worth £78.23 from Sports World in Oxford on November 26 last year. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £150 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Carl Christensen, 48, of Buckland, near Faringdon, convicted of speeding in Lamborough Hill, Wootton, on August 7 last year at 46mph in a 30mph zone. Proved in absence. Fined £350 and ordered to pay £455 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Also given five penalty points.
