Sir – Last Sunday, cycling through the Broad and then North I played leap frog with one of the open top tourist buses.
When ahead the air was clear when behind the air was filled with foul diesel smoke. Are these buses exempt from any pollution regulations or do they have some special permit. If so why?
Certainly they seem to pollute far more than other buses from either company.
