Supermarket giant Waitrose is setting up its first motorway service station shop at the M40 service area near Wheatley.
About 25 jobs will be created at the store, which will open on May 1.
Waitrose announced in January that it planned to recruit up to 4,000 new staff with the opening of 22 stores in 2009. The Oxford Services store will be open 7am to 10pm, all year round.
