Jenson Button won the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne for Brackley's Brawn GP team.
Button's team-mate Rubens Barrichello finished second for the team which has won backing from Sir Richard Branson's Virgin group.
Jarno Trulli finished third for Toyota with Lewis Hamilton fourth for McLaren. Timo Glock was fifth.
Fernando Alonso finished sixth in the Enstone-built Renault F1 ahead of Nico Rosberg in the Grove-built Williams.
