People are invited to meet police at Wheatley Primary School on Tuesday, May 19, between 2pm and 4pm.
This will be an opportunity for members of the public to meet the local neighbourhood team and to get property security marked.
Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Ken Cooney said: “I encourage residents to come and meet us. We will be security marking items like mobile phones, iPods and satellite navigations systems. You can also bring your bicycle along to be marked.”
This service is free and no appointment is necessary.
