Waste collection services have been suspended in West Oxfordshire because of the snow.
A district council spokesman said: "We will be reviewing the situation tomorrow morning. If conditions improve we will do today's collections tomorrow.
"Friday's collections will move on a day and will be on Saturday.
Any other collections missed earlier this week, will be done on the normal collection day next week.
She said: "In some areas collection services are already a little behind schedule because of the icy conditions earlier this week.
"Our message is to continue to leave your bins and recycling boxes out for collection. As soon as it is safe to do so, our crews will collect.
"The same message applies to commercial and green waste collections. Customers booked for bulky waste collections will be contacted by us.
This morning, the council's street cleansing teams are assisting Oxfordshire County Council with salting the main walkways in the town centres.
She added: "This means that some litter bins may be fuller than usual. Normal services will resume as soon as weather conditions improve.
"Any members of public who have concerns about the impact on services can call the council on 01993 861000 or 01993 861020."
