Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision between a pedestrian and a car in Banbury.
At 8.17am on Thursday, a ten-year-old boy and a car were involved in a collision in Windrush, Ruscote. The boy was taken to the Horton General Hospital with minor injuries.
PC Ricky Ell said: “I am appealing for witnesses to the collision to come forward and also would like to ask the driver of the car to contact me.
“The car was a silver hatchback and the driver stopped to help at the scene but left before we arrived. I need to speak to the man as he could help me with my enquiries.”
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact PC Ell at Bicester police station via 0845 8 505 505, or if you don’t want to talk to the police or give your name, call the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
