Police are appealing for information after reports of a man flashing in Abingdon.
On Tuesday, January 6, three people reported seeing a man indecently expose himself in The Charter car park between 2pm and 6pm.
Police described the man as white, with short dark hair, of a stocky build, aged between 35 and 40 and around 6ft tall.
He was wearing dark jogging bottoms and a red and blue striped top with a blue collar.
