Workers at an Oxford furniture store Land of Leather were today fearing for their future after the company’s shares were suspended.
The firm, which has an outlet in Botley Road, said it had requested the move "pending clarification of the company's financial position".
Last week, rival chain Sofa Workshop said it had begun moves to appoint administrators as sales of big-ticket goods are punished by a tumbling property market.
