Engineers have fixed a burst water mains in Kidlington.
About 60 homes in the village were without water or suffering low water pressure after pipes burst at the junction of Lock Crescent and Stratfield Road earlier today.
All have their water supplies back.
Thames Water said the icy weather had most likely caused the damage.
