A 23-year-old man will appear before magistrates in Banbury tomorrow in connection with a fatal collision near Woodstock on Saturday.
John Biddle, of Lockerley Way, Havant, Hampshire, has been charged with death by careless driving and causing death while driving disqualified.
He has been remanded in custody.
Biddle, who suffered back injuries, was driving a white Peugeot 306 shortly before 11pm when it was involved in a collision with a silver Vauxhall Astra on the A44, near to the junction of the B4027 at Glympton.
Leonard Parker, 21, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, who was a passenger in the Peugeot, was killed.
