A 21-year-old man killed in a car crash on the A44 has been named.
Leonard Parker, of Cornish Road, in Chipping Norton, was a passenger in a white Peugeot 306 which crashed on the A44 north of Woodstock at the junction with the B4027 to Glympton at 10.55pm on Saturday.
A 17-year-old boy, also in the Peugeot, received minor injuries and was treated at the John Radcliffe Hospital.
The 23-year-old driver, who suffered back injuries in the crash, was arrested last night on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
A man and a woman in a silver Astra which was also involved in the crash, were not injured.
