The swimming pool at the Windrush Leisure Centre in Witney has closed today until December 27 for improvement work costing £100,000.
The filters and water treatment plant are being replaced while the changing rooms are being fitted with new flooring and the cafe with a new ceiling and lighting system.
The nearest other indoor pools are at leisure centres in Carterton and Chipping Norton and Bartholomew School sports centre at Eynsham.
