A list of people convicted of offences at magistrates' courts around the county recently.

Martino Ceresa, 86, of Shilton Road, Carterton, convicted of harassment in Shilton Road, Carterton, by being verbally abusive, damaging fencing, being aggressive, causing damage to a vehicle and throwing wood at a couple’s property between January 16 and April 2. Fined £175, £100 costs and £15 victim’s surcharge and placed under a restraining order.

David Lambrianou, 21, Lyneham Road, Bicester, must forfeit £1,530 to Thames Valley Police under the Proceeds of Crime Act. Also admitted possession of cannabis in Bicester on October 24. Fined £50, £60 costs, £15 victim’s surcharge. Drug confiscated.

Philip Dunn, 52, West Street, Banbury, admitted assault in Banbury on September 6. Six month conditional discharge, £50 compensation, costs £60.

Christopher Harper, 25, Cuddeson Road, Horspath, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Steeple Aston on October 26 after he gave a breath reading of 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Also driving with no insurance and without a licence. Fined £540, £60 costs, £15 victim’s surcharge and disqualified for 20 months.

Tara Illingworth, 31, Duke Street, Banbury, admitted stealing £68 clothing from New Look in Banbury. Eighteen month conditional discharge and £60 costs.

Russell Moulder, 24, Horsefair, Chipping Norton, admitted failing to stop after an accident in Mill Street, Kidlington on June 17, driving without insurance, without a licence. Also not surrendering to police bail on July 30. Fined £300, £15 victim’s surcharge and banned for 12 months.

Daniel Butler, 35, Buchanan Road, Upper Arncott, admitted drink driving in Ploughley Road, Ambrosden, on September 11 after giving a breath reading of 112 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and driving without insurance. Twelve months probation, £350 fine, £60 costs, £15 victim’s surcharge and banned for two years.

Barney Bloom, 28, Dover Avenue, Banbury, admitted possession of heroin. Fined £85, £30 costs and 15 victim’s surcharge and drug confiscated.

Thomas Collier, 21, Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted drink driving on an unclassified road from Stonesfield to the A44 after he gave a breath reading of 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £100, £60 costs, £15 victim’s surcharge and banned for 20 months.

Andrzej Krawczyk, 26, Fairfax Close, Banbury, admitted driving in Goodrington Close, Banbury without any insurance. Fined £250 and £15 victim’s surcharge, six points on his licence.

Martin Stowe, 23, Balmoral Avenue, Banbury, admitted damaging a perspex screen worth £235 in Banbury on August 5 and causing harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £200, £200 compensation, £60 costs and £15 victim’s surcharge.

Michael Hewlett, 42, of no fixed abode, admitted speeding in Grove Road, Bladon, by doing 41mph in a 30mph zone. Fined £50, £15 victim’s surcharge and three points on his licence.

Kelly Louise Pawley, 22, Fulwell Close, Banbury, admitted criminal damage to a vase, table and wall bracket at Indigo Business Centre in Banbury on October 19 and possession of cannabis. Fined £205, £70 compensation, £45 costs and £15 victim’s surcharge. Drug confiscated.

Gary Waddup, 36, Cromwell Road, Banbury, admitted destroying a Nokia mobile telephone worth £100. Twelve month conditional discharge and £45 costs.

Marcin Wolniec, 28, Queensway, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Broughton Road, Banbury on October 23 after giving a breath reading of 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £100, victim’s surcharge costs £15 and banned for 18 months.

Chimezie Ikeazor, 39, Windmill Road, Headington, Oxford, found guilty of speeding by doing 35mph in a 30mph zone in Rose Hill on February 6. Fined £60, £15 victim’s surcharge, three points on his licence. Also found guilty of speeding by doing 35mph in a 30mph zone in Headington Road, Oxford, on February 11. Fined £60, costs £100 and three points.

Oliver Cosh, 18, of Wensum Crescent, Bicester, admitted criminal damage to car window and wing mirror to the value of £404.88 in Bicester on August 16. Ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid work, pay £404.88 compensation to the owner of the vehicle, and £45 costs.

Gulfraz Khan, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted drink driving in London Road, Headington, on March 19 after giving a breath reading of 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millitres of breath. Ordered to carry out 50 hours unpaid work, disqualified from driving for six months, and ordered to pay costs of £100. Also admitted failing to surrender to court on September 26. Ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid work concurrent.

Mary Smith, 36, of The Avenue, Wheatley, admitted using a mobile phone while driving in Marsh Lane, Cowley on February 6. Licence endorsed with three points, fined £100, ordered to pay costs of £300 and a victim’s surcharge of £15.

Miguel Carvalho, 23, of Milton Road, Cowley, admitted two counts of assault at Oxford on August 2 and 3. Ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid work, and pay £65 costs.

John Harman, 54, of Barton Road, Headington, admitted assaulting two police officers in the execution of their duty at Oxford on August 9. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly in New Road, Oxford on August 9. Also admitted criminal damage valued under £5,000 to a police car on August 9. Ordered to pay £200 compensation, costs of £65, and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

Kelly Appleby, 20, of Derwent Avenue, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a noise abatement notice served by Oxford City Council on or about September 1 at her home address. Six month conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs of £20.

Billy Clarke, 21, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted assault at Abingdon on October 10. Jailed for 120 days.

Ian Pinkstone, 50, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, admitted threatening behaviour at Benson on October 18. Fined £100, ordered to pay costs of £60 and £15 victim’s srucharge.
