A jury today ruled that the death of a drink-driver being chased by police was an accident.
Matthew Young, 31, died when his car crashed off the A4095 between Witney and Long Hanborough in November last year.
The inquest jury had been told he had three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
Police had been following him after seeing his car in Witney and had put on their blue lights to try to get him to pull over.
A witness said Mr Young, of Wroslyn Road in Freeland, was driving at up to 90mph when she saw him near Eynsham Hall.
