A jury today ruled that the death of a drink-driver being pursued by police was an accident.
Matthew Young, 31, died when his car crashed off the A4095 between Witney and Long Hanborough in November last year.
The inquest jury has been told he had three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
Police had been following him after see his car in Witney and had put on their blue lights trying to get him to pull over.
A witness said Mr Young, of Wroslyn Road, Freeland, was driving at up to 90mph when she saw him near Eynsham Hall.
The jury recorded a verdict of accidental death.
