A homeless woman will appear in court over the death of a pensioner killed while Christmas shopping in Oxford city centre on Monday.
Victoria Arthur, 35, of no fixed abode, was charged with manslaughter and is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.
Police have named the 74-year-old woman who died after an incident in Queen Street as Jean Heapy, of East Hagbourne, near Didcot.
