Police have charged a woman with manslaughter in connection with the death of Jean Heapy in Queen Street, Oxford, on Monday.
Mrs Heapy, 74, of East Hagbourne, was knocked over in Queen Street and died later in hospital. She was formally identified yesterday afternoon.
Victoria Arthur, 35, of no fixed abode, was charged with manslaughter last night and is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today.
