Nicola McLean ate kangaroo testicles during a Bushtucker Trial - and then asked camp mates if she could be pregnant.

The 26-year-old glamour model's efforts against former 'EastEnders' star Joe Swash in the 'I Scream Van' challenge yesterday (17.11.08) won luxury food for the 'Away' camp, while the 'Home' challengers - who had won the two previous trials - were forced to dine on rice and beans after Joe struggled to eat the five items of 'bushtucker' they were served up. After downing all of the dessert-based meals she was presented with - including the kangaroo testicles, crocodile eyes, a foot , crickets and silkworms - victorious Nicola returned to camp.

After describing the challenge to team mates Esther Rantzen, Robert Kilroy-Silk, Carly Zucker and Simon Webbe, she confided, "I asked Ant and Dec whether the ball bag was full of semen and it is so I swallowed it. I asked if I could get pregnant. It's so bad, it was so tough and it squirted out."

Joe struggled with the 'I'm A Celebrity. Get Me Out Of Here!' challenge, saying he had a "bad gag reflex" but ate his 'Scorpions on a Stick' treat - two dead creatures - before struggling with his 'Cockroach Knickerbocker Glory'. While Nicola stuffed all three crickets from her ice cream into her mouth. Joe found it harder screaming: "I didn't know cockroaches had wings.

I've got a wing stuck in my mouth."

He eventually swallowed all three but passed on his next offering, 'Bush Fowl Feet' before managing to force down five silkworms. However, he was unable to eat his mystery item which turned out to be a crocodile penis and testicles, while determined Nicola finished her kangaroo equivalent.

Joe later told his camp mates he had "underestimated" his opponent, adding: "She's got b**ls of steel."

Brian Paddick received a lukewarm reception when he visited his rivals in the 'Away' camp to give them a treat.

The 'Home' team - who are living in luxury after winning the first challenge on 'I'm A Celebrity. Get Me Out Of Here!' - were allowed to select one member of their camp to visit their opponents with hot chocolate after their earlier success at the Celebrity Chest task, which saw Martina Navratilova go head-to-head against Carly Zucker, and chose Brian because he hadn't left their camp.

However, on his arrival, former chat show host Robert Kilroy-Silk accused him of coming to gloat.

Robert said: "it's clear you're here to see how awful it is compared to you lot. It's not a problem.

"Looking at it objectively to send somebody down on a treat, it's like going to the lunatic asylum isn't it. Or have you come because you were asking about it?"

Brian assured the team he wasn't there to be smug and played down his living quarters, telling Robert, Carly, Esther Rantzen, Simon Webbe and Nicola McLean: "Last night I was going to sleep on the floor because my bed was so uncomfortable. Honestly. I put my mattress on the floor." Earlier in the day, Martina was successful in the 'Spawn Again' task which won the 'Home' side - Martina, Brian, Joe Swash, George Takei and Dani Behr - their treat.

She and Carly had to race through the swamp grab a 'spawn' ball and throw it into the holes at the top of two catchers at the end of the swamp to release the liquid in order to make the key to the chest rise to the top, with Martina getting to the key quicker than her rival.

Afterwards Carly - who competed against Dani in the 'Long Drop' task on Sunday (16.11.08) - said: "I'm really disappointed because I'm not taking any treats home to the camp. It's the second sort of test or trial that I've lost now. I'm disappointed in myself."

George Takei has infuriated 'I'm A Celebrity. Get Me Out Of Here!' bosses after being caught urinating in camp.

The former 'Star Trek' star was seen on camera relieving himself close to the double-decker bus he is currently sleeping in with 'Home' team mates, despite show chiefs warning it could attract unwanted visitors. On-set medic Bob McCarron explained: "I tell all the celebrities not to pee in the camp, but someone always disobeys.

"Rats love human urine and they are extremely attracted to it. They will come in and gather around the pee, which then attracts snakes who feast on the rats. It's one of the worst things the contestants can do." 2005 winner Carol Thatcher attracted hoards of rats into the jungle after she was caught urinating by her camp bed.

George isn't the only contestant to cause a stir with his nocturnal behaviour.

Meanwhile, Esther Ranzen and Robert Killroy-Silk both admitted they had almost quit camp under the cover of darkness.

Esther confided to Robert: "I nearly walked in the middle of the night," to which he replied: "And me. I was surprised everybody is so ebullient and I actually thought why am I here? Nobody's said that."

She later said: "I feel quite lonely and I realise so much my mood depends on people I care about and they're not here. But the people here are very nice."
