Robbers used a digger to rip a cash-point from the wall at a petrol station in a south Oxfordshire village last night.

Police have sealed off the BP garage in Stadhampton on the A329 to carry out an investigation.

The A329 has now been reopened after being closed for several hours.

It is not yet known how much money the cash-point contained at the time of the raid and it is understood that no-one was hurt in the incident.
