The jury in the trial of a man accused of causing grievous bodily harm with intent and cruelty to a person under the age of 16 has this morning retired to consider its verdict.
Gary Johnson, 21, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, denies shaking his eight-week-old baby Nicole causing her to suffer brain damage.
