I've overdone it. I was worried that I would and now I have.
The problem is that I left the swimming side too late and am now trying to cram everything in so that I am in decent shape on the day.
I went about 19 days in a row without a break and then woke up on Friday with a hip so sore I was walking about with a huge limp.
So I have given myself a few days off. Funny thing is that recently I have been moaning about how tiring and time-consuming the exercise is but I have become so addicted to the regular, painful exercise that now I am miserable sitting around all the time.
There's no pleasing some people.
