There's always one, isn't there.
I'm talking about the idiot who decided to expose himself in the Oxford Mail on Tuesday.
In case you missed it, he was pictured on the left of the Bicester rugby team who had just won the Oxfordshire Shield final.
He decided it would be a great laugh to get his todger in the picture, but to be perfectly frank, the Bicester member's member was not one to remember.
From our point of view, the offender should have been spotted long before he got into print, but it was easy to miss.
Most callers who rang the sports desk could see the amusing side of it, but we did talk to one mother whose young son was somewhat alarmed to discover that sort of thing in a family newspaper.
The majority, however, felt it was a trifle juvenile for a bloke of his age. Maybe some of his older teammates (the front row perhaps) could have a 'quiet word'.
I've no doubt the cutting will be displayed on the club's notice board for a week or two before it comes a bit tatty and is chucked away.
Would it not have been nicer to have had the pictured framed and put up in the clubhouse for all time – without the dangly bit, of course.
