A country hotel in Oxfordshire has upset neighbours who have complained about loud music being played at parties.
Known for attracting celebrity guests, Estelle Manor is situated at Eynsham Park near Witney.
Earlier this year it was named by Condé Nast Traveller as one of the top places to relax, thanks to its “uber-chic” style, “25-metre pool and bar on the terrace” and “a series of thermal pools”.

Set in a Grade-II listed mansion on a 85-acre estate on the edge of the Cotswolds, guests have included Eve Jobs, the youngest of Steve Jobs' four children, who last year married gold-medal-winning equestrian Harry Charles.
Some local residents are not impressed with the luxury surroundings or the celebrity guests and said they have contacted police and West Oxfordshire District Council following noise disturbance.
The residents of North Leigh, Freeland, Long Hanborough and neighbouring properties posted on reviews site Tripadvisor: "We are not Ibiza!"

The post said: "You are repeat offenders with your antisocial, disruptive late night thumping music which you subject us all to. Blasting out across the whole area late at night.
"It is ridiculously loud and we live 1.5 miles away - the volume is unacceptable.
"You are keeping families up, our neighbours, children and agitating pets and wildlife, I can only imagine what poor North Leigh has to put up with, being on your literal doorstep."
The post, which left a one star review, added that the hotel should not be subjecting the whole area to the late night ‘parties’.

It added: "How on earth this gets green lighted by the local authority, I have no idea, but after last night's fiasco you have been reported to the police and council.
"Undoubtedly other local residents have had to do the same with making complaints and now the council will have a flood of noise complaints to deal with - what a waste or everyone’s time and taxpayers' money.
"The children have just gone back to school, what on earth were you thinking and who scheduled this ‘event'?"
It's not the first time the boutique hotel has attracted noise complaints.
About the same time a year ago, residents found their evening disrupted by a loud party at the hotel on a Saturday night, with complaints made to Oxfordshire County Councillor Liam Walker.
He said at the time: "They have a licence until 1am but I’m told the music shall be winding down at around 12:30am."
Earlier this year, Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton enjoyed a stay at the hotel.
The mum-of-four and the racing driver enjoyed an "intimate dinner" as well as a "couple’s massage" as part of a romantic weekend.
Ms Kardashian apparently flew in from Los Angeles on her £100m private jet, touching down at Oxford Airport in Kidlington.
Estelle Manor has been approached for a comment.
