A new music festival with free entry is taking place in the Cotswolds this weekend, just across the Oxfordshire border.
Chipping Campden is gearing up for a historic weekend as the town hosts its inaugural Camfest on Saturday (August 15) and Sunday (August 16).
It will be officially launched by Town Crier Chris "Rooster" Rouse at 10am on the Recreation Ground stage to showcase the town's vibrant youth, rich heritage, and strong community spirit.
The two-day celebration brings together local residents and visitors, and has been scheduled to involve guests from twin town Pont d’Ouilly in Normandy.

Campden’s Recreation Ground and Cidermill Theatre will feature activities throughout the weekend under the banner Discover, Create, and Enjoy.
The festival has a music programme that can be enjoyed free of charge across both days, with performing arts and craft activities.
Most of them are free or low-cost, and give local rising star performers and young entrepreneurs an opportunity to perform and sell alongside commercial pros.
