A tree blocking a railway track has caused major disruption between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill, leading to delays and changes to services.
The blockage is taking place during this Friday's morning rush hour after a train struck a tree, forcing trains to run at reduced speed on all lines in the affected area.
As a result, services were delayed by up to 30 minutes or subject to alteration.
Great Western Railway (GWR), the operator for the route, said disruption was expected until 8am.
A spokesperson for GWR said: "A train has struck a tree.
"We are working with the onboard crew and Network Rail to understand the severity of the situation.
"The line has reopened, however, trains will be required to run at reduced speed."
Replacement transport had not been arranged, but GWR said it would continue to monitor the situation.

Passengers were advised to check the National Rail Enquiries journey planner, live departure boards, or speak to station staff for the latest updates.
Those whose trains were cancelled were permitted to travel on either of the two services before or after their original train, with tickets remaining valid at no extra cost.
GWR also assured customers that they would not be left stranded if they missed the last train due to delays or cancellations.
Passengers delayed by 15 minutes or more were reminded they could apply for Delay Repay compensation by keeping their ticket and visiting its website.
The company apologised for the inconvenience caused by the disruption.
