Geri Halliwell-Horner is still facing a debt of over £1 million after her Formula 1 boss husband Christian Horner's sacking from Red Bull.

The couple married in 2015, with the former Spice Girl and live at a £9.2 million mansion on the Oxfordshire border near Banbury.

Despite her musical success, it was reported last year that Ms Halliwell-Horner may be dealing with financial troubles due to her book company.

According to Companies House, Falcon Queen Productions plunged into the red last August, with the 53-year-old facing a further deficit of £750,000 compared to £276,000 the previous year.

The total net liabilities were more than £1m for the balance sheet as of August 2024.

As of the new accounts filed in 2026, the company now owes £1,312,901 due within one year.

This is more than the previous year’s £1,101,045, showing an increase of £211,856, which represents over 19 per cent.

But her main company, Wonderful Productions, earned £2.16m in the 12 months to August 2024 compared to £1.457m the year before.

Started in 1997, Wonderful Productions was created at the pinnacle of Spice Girls fever and is where earnings from Ms Halliwell-Horner's music career and brand deals are pooled.

This came after her husband was sacked from Red Bull after two decades of association with the Formula 1 team.

Early in July 2025, a statement from Red Bull GmbH read: “Red Bull has released Christian Horner from his operational duties with effect from today (Wednesday, July 9) and has appointed Laurent Mekies as CEO of Red Bull Racing.”

The 52-year-old had been team principal at Red Bull since 2005, overseeing eight drivers’ world championships and six constructors’ titles.

Oliver Mintzlaff, CEO Corporate Projects and Investments at Red Bull, added: “We would like to thank Christian Horner for his exceptional work over the last 20 years.

“With his tireless commitment, experience, expertise, and innovative thinking, he has been instrumental in establishing Red Bull Racing as one of the most successful and attractive teams in Formula One.

“Thank you for everything, Christian, and you will forever remain an important part of our team history.”
