An Oxfordshire man is facing an almost two-year wait for his trial, after denying sexual assault.
Sam Perry, of Hambleside, Bicester, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on July 2.
The 33-year-old is charged with three counts of sexual assault against the same complainant.
The court heard the alleged offences took place in Upper Heyford on September 26, 2022, June 21 2023 and July 16 2023.

He pleaded not guilty to all three charges.
Due to the fact Perry is on bail, the trial date was given as June 7, 2028. The time estimate is three to four days.
Judge Hassan Khan told Perry when his trial will be and warned him about submitting a defence statement.
The judge added: "If you don't attend trial, it can proceed in your absence. Your trial is not for some time."
His bail condition is to not contact the complainant.
