Two brothers have been charged with stealing items, including a minibus, from an Oxford football club.
Ian and Raymond Starkings have been charged with a range of offences, including thefts from Oxford City Football Club.
They were both due to appear at Oxford Crown Court on July 1, but only Ian Starkings attended.
The court heard that Raymond Starkings, 38, of Freelands Road, Oxford, had thought the hearing was on July 6.
He is charged with two counts of fraud by false representation, five counts of burglary, one count of attempted burglary, and one count of theft of a motor vehicle.

The alleged offences were mainly committed in Oxford in May this year. They include the thefts from the football club of the minibus, a safe, alcohol and cash.
Ian Starkings, 45, of Barton Road, Headington, pleaded not guilty to theft of a motor vehicle, two counts of burglary and one count of being in possession of a bladed article, namely a knife disguised in a silver pen.
A trial date won't be given until Raymond Starkings enters pleas, which is now due to be July 8.
At the time of the thefts from Oxford City, the football club said it was 'disappointed' to share the news of the break-in at its Marsh Lane grounds, which saw 'a number of items' stolen including its white minibus.
CCTV footage reportedly captured images of the offenders, and recorded the minibus being driven away from the club at about 3.30am on Monday, May 18.
