Two men has been named and charged following a courier fraud incident in Oxford.
Hamza Mohammed and Aluin Deve were both charged by postal requisition on Friday, July 26 with one count each of conspire to commit fraud by false representation.
The charge relates to a courier fraud that occurred on February 19 and 21 last year in which two victims were allegedly deceived into providing security details that were then used to carry out fraudulent transactions.

The incidents are alleged to have happened in Oxford as well as High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire.
Mohammed, 30 and of no fixed abode, and Deve, 29 and of High Street in Leicester, are both due to appear at Reading Magistrates' Court on July 29.
