A man on trial accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her home has told a jury the allegation is 'malicious'.
Robert Pollard, of Lancut Road, Witney, is on trial at Oxford Crown Court.
The 34-year-old is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Witney on November 21, 2021.
Pollard has denied the allegation.
The jury previously heard the events leading up to the alleged incident started at the complainant's sister's birthday party at the Three Horseshoes in Long Hanborough.
Pollard was at the pub.

The jury heard that at around 11.45pm on November 20, the complainant's neighbour was contacted to take her home as she was drunk.
Pollard is then alleged to have let himself in a sexually assaulted her.
On Wednesday, June 10, the jury saw doorbell footage of when the complainant went to Pollard's home.
In the footage, the jury saw the woman and her neighbour, who had a dog with him, approach the property.
The woman could be heard saying: "You've been to my house Rob. Don't lie. You know what happened."
Pollard gave a prepared statement to police after he was arrested.
It said: "I deny the allegations and at no time sexually assaulted [the complainant] at the time described or in any other way.
"The allegations are not true, never happened and the swabs will confirm the allegations are malicious."
Pollard then took to the witness box.
He told the jury he'd been at the pub and seen the complainant.
Pollard said he was concerned she'd been taken home by her neighbour as he didn't know him.
He said: "I was asked to go and check on her. I saw her laid on the floor. I saw her through the window.
"There was sick on the floor in front of her. I was concerned so I banged on the window.
"She got up and opened the door for me. I got her a glass of water. She told me she was fine and to go. Which I did."
Pollard added: "She doesn't like me. She was shouting and screaming at me.
"I then walked back to my house."
Pollard was asked about his reaction when the woman and her neighbour came to his house.
He told the jury he was 'in shock'.
He added: "This was a malicious allegation."
The complainant gave a video recorded interview to police on November 30, 2021.
She said: "I went out for my sister's 30th, all was fine. My sister called my neighbour as I was too drunk.
"He took me home. The door opened and it turned out to be Rob.
"He walked in and sat next to me. He put his hand on my leg and he took my trousers down and put his hand down there."
The trial continues.
