A woman has been found guilty of an attempted cover-up after her daughter attacked a man the day before he died.
Michaela Pomeroy and Jemma Moir were both charged in relation to events after the death of Peter Crowley in April 2022.
Pomeroy, 33, of Stowford Road, Headington, had pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
The jury previously heard that Moir, 27, formerly of Downside End, Oxford, was not fit to stand trial so they would be making a decision whether she committed the acts charged or not.
The pair helped to arrange preventing the lawful apprehension of Tia Pomeroy, who is Michaela Pomeroy's daughter, and Mason Robins, who was Tia Pomeroy's boyfriend at the time.

Tia Pomeroy was said to have attacked Peter Crowley outside the Underhill Circus shops in Barton on April 23, 2022.
He was found dead in his flat the following day with the case initially treated by police as a murder investigation.
However this was dropped when it was discovered the 50-year-old's cause of death was due to alcoholic liver disease and drug intoxication.
Tia Pomeroy was previously convicted of actual bodily harm and one count of intending to pervert the course of justice.
Robins and Morton Morton, who is Tia Pomeroy's father, were also convicted of perverting the course of justice.
On Thursday, June 4, Michaela Pomeroy was found guilty by a unanimous verdict. Moir was found to have committed the acts alleged.
A pre-sentence report was ordered for Michaela Pomeroy. Tia Pomeroy, Michaela Pomeroy, Morton and Robins were given a provisional sentencing date of August 7.
Moir wasn't sentenced immediately, but the court heard it's likely she will receive an absolute discharge.
Judge Michael Roques told the jury after the three-week trial: "Thank you very much for all of the effort and hard work and effort you have put into this case.
"I am extremely grateful to each and every one of you."
Prosecution barrister Oliver Woolhouse gave some background to the case when he opened it for the jury on May 18.
Mr Crowley had been in a relationship with a woman called Gemma Pomeroy who was the sister of Michaela Pomeroy.
She died in March 2022 and the Pomeroy family blamed Mr Crowley as she relapsed drinking alcohol.
Mr Woolhouse said: "As soon as the funeral approached, it was made clear to Peter Crowley that he was not welcome. He did not attend."
On the day of the attack, the jury heard that Mr Cowley was sitting outside the Spa shop at the Underhill Circus area drinking beer.
There was a confrontation after which Tia Pomeroy hit him on the back of the head and he fell to the ground. Mr Crowley was helped back to his flat and found dead the next morning.
The jury heard that very shortly after the death, there was communication between Michaela Pomeroy and Moir.
Mr Woolhouse told the jury Tia Pomeroy and Mason Robins were taken to a hotel in Bournemouth by Moir and her partner at the time, Morton.
The barrister said: "This was not a pre-arranged trip."
