A new spring and summer menu has been launched at The Feathers in Woodstock.

The new menu is designed for long lunches, laid-back afternoons and sunset drinks at The Aviary.

The Feathers, recently awarded a Michelin Key for 2025, describes The Aviary as its relaxed bar and terrace space.

The menu highlights include Loch Duart salmon with cucumber, buttermilk and dill, as well as a brown crab risotto with pickled fennel and lime.

For diners craving something heartier, there is a 10oz sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce and fries, and a beef burger topped with Gruyère, jalapeños and burger sauce.

Guests can also enjoy live music sessions on selected evenings, adding to the laid-back atmosphere.

The Feathers is part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection.
