An Oxford man was found dead at his home address, an inquest opening heard.
Simon Davies, who lived in Oxford, was found dead at his home on Wednesday, May 6.
An inquest was opened into the 58-year-old case worker's death at Oxfordshire Coroner's Court on Wednesday, May 27.

According to the inquest documents, Mr Davies was born in Henley.
Following a post-mortem examination, his causes of death were given as 'unascertained' and 'alcohol use disorder'.
The body of the deceased was identified using circumstantial evidence by attending police officers.
The case was adjourned for a full inquest to take place at Oxfordshire Coroner's Court on August 17 this year which is scheduled to begin at 11.30am.
